What is a Disorder Property?

A disorder property is a property which brings disorder to a neighbourhood.  It may include criminal activity of different kinds including messy yards that affect the neighbouring houses.  Criminal activities that you might see include but are not limited to, drug traffic, stolen autos and prostitution; in other words street level crime that exists and is linked to a specific house.
